955.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is, for a first offense, guilty of a minor misdemeanor and for a second or subsequent offense is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 2004-154. Passed 1-4-04.)
