(a) A curfew of dusk for the City’s Tot Lots which are located at Parkdale, Linda Way, Devonshire, Pico, Woodlawn, Rotary, Flats Playground and North End is hereby established.
(b) Special dispensation can be issued for legitimate activities that would extend beyond the dusk curfew by the Parks and Recreation Director only.
