(a) A curfew of 10:00 p.m. for the Marina Site is hereby established.
(b) Special dispensation can be issued for legitimate activities that would extend beyond the 10:00 p.m. curfew by the Parks and Recreation Director only.
(c) Any person in the area after 10:00 p.m. who is either causing a disturbance or has no business being there is subject to arrest.
(d) The Police Division for the City shall patrol such area and arrest any person
not totally authorized to be in such area. (Ord. 1985-76. Passed 5-6-85.)
