951.08 REQUIREMENTS FOR VEHICLES.
   Those persons hauling refuse over the City streets shall do so in a watertight vehicle provided with a tight cover and operated so as to prevent offensive odors and refuse from escaping from such vehicle. (Ord. 2019-44. Passed 6-4-19.)
