929.08 COST OF IMPROVEMENT OF STREETS.

The cost of the improvement of unimproved streets shall be borne by all those benefiting from such street improvements. An assessment shall be levied on all properties benefiting from street improvements which shall be distributed proportionally over a period of years, in accordance with Ohio R.C. 727.01.
