No owner, agent, lessee or other person shall make any repair to any curb or sidewalk without first filing with the Building Inspector a written or printed application therefor, setting forth and accurately indicating therein the location, kind and extent of the proposed repair and such application shall be approved by the Building Inspector. The Building Permit fee shall be according to the current fee schedule based on cost of the work involved.
