783.12 FALSE INFORMATION.

No person purchasing any handgun, or applying for any certificate or license under this chapter, or in giving any information pursuant to the requirements of this chapter shall give false information or offer false evidence of his identity. (Ord. 1982-26. Passed 3-16-82.)
