769.31 ISSUANCE OF DRIVER'S LICENSE.

Upon the filing with the City Manager of the certificate of the Chief of Police as provided in Section 769.26, the procuring of the duplicate pictures of the applicant and the filing of one of them with the City Manager as required by this chapter, and the payment of the license fee, the City Manager shall issue to the applicant a taxicab driver's license.
