769.25 DRIVER'S PICTURE TO BE FILED, DISPLAYED.

A picture of the applicant at least two inches by three inches and made during the calendar year in which the application is made, shall be filed with the City Manager and a duplicate picture shall be constantly posted in a conspicuous place in any taxicab which the licensee is operating. The license shall also contain his picture. (1947 Code, Sec. 8-81.)
