769.21 APPLICATION FOR DRIVER'S LICENSE.

Application for taxicab driver's license shall be made to the Chief of Police by any person desiring to drive a taxicab either as an employee of a taxicab operator or individually as an operator. (1947 Code, Sec. 8-81.)
