The license to operate a taxicab shall be in a form approved by the City Manager containing a statement of the number of taxicabs owned by each operator, their several passenger capacities, the make and number of each taxicab, the taxicab's registration number, as prescribed in Section 769.17 and any other information regarded as necessary by the City Manager.
