769.12 FAILURE TO GIVE NOTICE.
   Failure to give the notice required in Section 769.11 shall operate to continue the liability of the insurer or surety for the benefit of persons injured or damaged, as though such policy continued in full force and effect. (1947 Code, Sec. 8-64.)
