Each applicant shall pay to the City Manager a taxicab operator's license fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per year for the first taxicab and twenty dollars ($20.00) per year for each additional taxicab owned by the applicant. The licenses shall be issued on a calendar year basis and shall expire on December 31 of any year. Licenses issued between July 1 and December 31 in any year shall cost one-half of the fee provided herein for each car operated by the licensee. (Ord. 1981-22. Passed 3-24-81.)
