Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter or filing, or causing to be filed, an application for a permit or certificate under this chapter containing false or fraudulent misstatements, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. In addition to any other penalties provided for by this chapter, any person found guilty of a violation of this chapter shall be prohibited from receiving a solicitation permit for three years from the date of the violation.
