747.08 PERMIT NONTRANSFERABLE; RETURN.

Any permit issued under this chapter shall be nontransferable and shall be returned to the City Manager, within two days of its date of expiration, together with all facsimile copies thereof. (Ord. 1977-122. Passed 7-19-77.)
