It shall be the duty of the Fire Chief to inspect or cause to be inspected, at least once every three months, all junk yards or junk shops in the City. The inspections shall be for the purpose of determining that the premises are operated in conformity with this chapter and are kept in a safe and sanitary condition.
It shall be the duty of the Fire Chief to enforce the terms and conditions of this chapter.
