Any false or misleading statement made in the license application or affidavit, in any advertisement matter or orally by any person connected with the licensee, issued or made to further the sale of the merchandise, shall render the license issued to the applicant null and void, and the applicant shall forfeit to the City the license fee already paid. Such voiding and forfeiture shall be in addition to the penalty provided in Section 731.99.
