Applications for licenses required by Section 725.01 shall be made to the City Manager on forms to be provided by him. The fee for such license shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each month or part thereof that the applicant intends to represent himself to be an astrologer, fortuneteller, clairvoyant or palmister.
