The Director of Finance shall refund any license fee erroneously paid or to the extent overpaid on any license application. The City Manager, upon application of the licensee or otherwise, may determine the amount of any such erroneous payment or overpayment. The Director of Finance shall thereupon draw a warrant for such certified amount to the person entitled to such refund. (Ord. 2012-66. Passed 8-1-12.)
