(a) There is hereby adopted by the City, the Regulations of the Director of Environmental Protection (successor to the Ohio Air Pollution Control Board), which set forth definitions and other general provisions and which are relative to the control of sulfur oxide and particulate matter emissions, hydrocarbon and photochemical oxidant, carbon monoxide and oxides of nitrogen emissions and the source registration and permit system.
(b) The Division of Engineering and Building Inspection is hereby authorized and directed to maintain a complete copy of the State Regulations on file for public inspection and maintain copies of such Regulations to distribute to the public at cost.
