701.99 GENERAL CODE PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this Part Seven - Business Regulation Code, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor in the fourth degree. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 1974-75. Passed 4- 16-74.)
