§ 50.98 VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   Correction. Any person found to be violating any provision of this part shall be served by the city with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time period for satisfactory correction. The offender shall permanently cease all violations within the time period stated in the notice.
   (B)   Continued violations. Any person who shall continue a violation beyond the time period for correction shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Each day in which any violation occurs shall be deemed a separate offense.
   (C)   Liability. Any person violating any of this part's provisions shall be liable to the city for any expense, loss or damage incurred by the city due to the violation.
   (D)   Violations. The city may impose a voluntary administrative penalty under § 10.90 rather than issuing a criminal summons.
