§ 113.31 EXCEPTION FOR GOLF COURSE; SALE ON SUNDAYS.
   (A)   Authorization by city ordinance. Section 113.02 allows a restaurant, club or hotel with a seating capacity of at least 30 persons and which holds an on-sale intoxicating liquor license and Sunday on-sale liquor license to sell intoxicating liquor for consumption on their premises in conjunction with the sale of food between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. on Sundays upon holding a public hearing.
   (B)   Public hearing. A public hearing was held on August 12, 1997 to review the petition submitted by St. Charles Golf Course to sell intoxicating liquor on Sundays between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m.
   (C)   Findings of fact. The City Council finds that the sale of intoxicating liquor at the St. Charles Golf Course between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. on Sunday will not be injurious to the public health, safety, morals and general welfare of the residents of the city and hereby permits the St. Charles Golf Course to sell intoxicating liquor between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. on Sundays.
