(A) On-sale license limit. Pursuant to M.S. § 340A.413, subd. 1, not more than 4 on-sale intoxicating liquor licenses shall be issued.
(B) Exclusion from on-sale license limit. Pursuant to M.S. § 340A.413, subd. 4, on-sale intoxicating liquor licenses may be issued to the following entities by the city, in addition to the number authorized by this section:
(1) Clubs, or congressionally chartered veterans organizations;
(2) Restaurants;
(3) Establishments that are issued licenses to sell wine under M.S. § 340A.404, subd. 5;
(4) Theaters that are issued licenses under M.S. § 340A.404;
(5) Hotels; and
(6) Bowling centers.
(C) Off-sale license limit. Pursuant to M.S. § 340A.413, subd. 5, not more than 5 off-sale intoxicating liquor licenses shall be issued.
