(A) Notice. Two weeks shall constitute proper notice for an employee who is planning to resign in good standing, except supervisors who shall give 30-days’ notice.
(B) Unauthorized leave. An unauthorized leave of absence by an employee for 3 consecutive workdays may be considered by the department a voluntary resignation.
