§ 31.07 TRANSFERS.
   When an employee transfers from one city department to another, the transfer shall not be regarded as permanent until a 6-month trial period in the new department has been completed. The employee may use sick leave, vacation and other benefits during the trial period. If the work and adjustment of the transferred employee is not satisfactory, the new supervisor may request that the employee return to the former department.
