(A) Inspection. License and permit holders shall permit at reasonable times inspections of the holder's business and examination of the holder's books and records by authorized officers or employees.
(B) Compliance with law. License and permit holders shall comply with laws, ordinances and regulations, applicable to the licensed or permit-related business, activity or property.
(C) Display of license. License and permit holders shall display the license or other insignia given as evidence of the license in a conspicuous place on the premises, vehicle or device to which the license relates. If the license cannot be posted in a like manner, the license shall be carried on the license holder's person when the license holder is participating in the licensed activity.
(D) Unlawful disposition. The license holder shall not lend or give to any other person the license or license insignia.
