§ 92.095 CONTROL OF PIGEON POPULATION.
   (A)   A serious overpopulation of pigeons exists in the city and adversely affects the health and welfare of the people and causes property damage.
   (B)   Therefore, the City Administrator is authorized to conduct controlled pigeon shoots in accordance with this part and other provisions of the city code and state and federal laws and regulations.
