(A) Highway traffic regulation chapter incorporated by reference. The regulatory provisions of M.S. Chapter 169, as it may be amended from time to time, are adopted as a traffic ordinance regulating the use of highways, streets and alleys within the city and are incorporated in and made a part of this code as if set out here in full.
(B) Penalty. Any violation of the statutes adopted by reference in division (A) above is a violation of this code when it occurs within the city. Any person violating any provision of this code shall be guilty of an offense and shall be punished by the penalty prescribed by statute except where a different penalty is prescribed in this code.
