(A) Responsibility. It shall be the responsibility of the property owner to keep the area around all electrical cabinets clear of all trees, plants, shrubs and the like.
(B) Clear zone area. The following distances represent the area that needs to be clear around the electrical cabinets:
(1) Front of the cabinet: 10 feet;
(2) Sides of the cabinet: 4 feet; and
(3) Rear of the cabinet: 4 feet.
