§ 54.10 RIGHT-OF-WAY TO CUSTOMER'S PREMISES.
   The customer shall grant the city, without compensation, right-of-way over and on the customer's premises for the erection and maintenance of the necessary poles, wires, underground cables and other appurtenances; and if necessary, space on or in the building or premises for installing transformers, meters and other necessary equipment; and permission for the city's authorized agents to enter the customer's premises at all reasonable hours to inspect, maintain, test, repair and remove the installed equipment, to read meters and for other purposes necessary to supply electric service to any customer.
