§ 53.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter for which no penalty is set out shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this §§ 53.35 et seq. shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
