For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
GARBAGE. Organic waste resulting from the preparation of food and decayed and spoiled food from any source.
REFUSE. Includes garbage and rubbish.
RUBBISH. Inorganic solid waste including but not limited to tin cans, glass, paper, ashes, sweepings, brush or leaves and the like.
