§ 70.20 VEHICLE AND ROADWAY LOAD LIMITS.
   (A)   The Council may, from time to time, establish by resolution certain vehicle and roadway restrictions for the preservation of the roadway.
   (B)   Vehicle restrictions shall be limited by axle weight and roadway restrictions may be limited by either axle weight or by vehicle type and classification.
