§ 52.25 CERTAIN DISCHARGES SUBJECT TO APPROVAL OF CITY COUNCIL.
   The discharge into the public sewers of any of the following waters or wastes shall be subject to the review and approval of the City Council:
   (A)   A five-day 20°C BOD greater than 400 milligrams per liter;
   (B)   A suspended solids content greater than four milligrams per liter;
   (C)   A chlorine demand greater than 20 milligrams per liter in any 15-minute time period;
   (D)   An average daily flow greater than 2% of the average daily sewage treatment works;
   (E)   Any toxic substance; and
   (F)   Any wastes which are considered by the Engineer to offer possibilities of harm to structures, processes or operation of any facilities of the city.
