§ 52.07 REPAIR OF PUBLIC LANDS AND RIGHT-OF-WAY.
   Sewer service connections shall not be finally approved until all streets, pavements, curb, walks, boulevard sod and topsoil or any other public improvements thereon have been restored to their former condition to the City Council’s satisfaction.
