§ 113.10 EFFECTIVENESS.

The provisions of §§ 113.01, 113.02, 113.08 and 113.09 shall automatically apply upon adoption of this chapter. §§ 113.03, 113.04, 113.05, 113.06 and 113.07 shall not be effective until the adoption of a City Council resolution or ordinance authorizing the licensing of persons covered by those sections.
