A special Water Revenue Fund is established and shall be kept and maintained by the City Administrator/Clerk/Treasurer. All collections for water service connection charges and other water charges and monies shall be paid into the Water Revenue Fund whenever deemed appropriate by the City Council. All costs of operation of the water system and such other liabilities or obligations as may be ordered by the City Council shall be paid out of this Fund.
