The emergency management organization shall not participate in any form of political activity, nor shall it be employed directly or indirectly for political purposes, nor shall it be employed in a labor dispute. The Director may express professional opinions on legislative or other legal regulations consistent with the areas found in M.S. Ch. 12, as it may be amended from time to time.
