§ 156.21 CONDITIONS REQUIRING PLATTING.
   (A)   Any tract of land to be divided into three or more parcels shall be subdivided by means of a record plat.
   (B)   Any tract of land to be used for purposes other than single-family dwellings shall be platted prior to the issuance of a building permit regardless of whether or not the tract of land is to be divided into three or more separate parcels.
