§ 156.16 PRELIMINARY SKETCH PLAN.
Subdividers shall submit 15 copies of the sketch plan to the Park/Planning Commission prior to their submission for formal review of a preliminary plat. Such sketch plan shall be considered as submitted for informal discussion between the subdivider and the Park/Planning Commission and no fees shall be required by the subdivider for the submission of the sketch plan. However, submission of a sketch plan shall not constitute formal filing of a preliminary plat with the Park/Planning Commission. As far as may be practical on the basis of the information on the sketch plan, the Park/Planning Commission will informally advise the subdivider as promptly as possible of the extent to which the proposed subdivision conforms with the design standards of this chapter and with other provisions of this code and will discuss possible modifications necessary to secure approval of the plan. The Minnehaha Watershed District shall be invited to such meeting.
