§ 150.02 APPLICATION, ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   (1)   The application, administration and enforcement of the Building Code shall be in accordance with Minn. Rules Ch. 1300.
      (2)   The Building Code shall be enforced within the extraterritorial limits permitted by M.S. § 326B.121, as it may be amended from time to time, when so established by ordinance.
   (B)   The Code shall be enforced by a state-certified Building Official designated by the city to administer the code pursuant to M.S. § 326B.133, Subd. 1 and 2, as they may be amended from time to time, including plumbing plan review.
   (C)   (1)   Prior to installation of a system of plumbing other than for a single-family dwelling, with independent plumbing service, complete plumbing plans and specifications, together with any additional information that the Building Official may require, shall be submitted in triplicate and approved by the Building Official.
      (2)   No construction shall proceed, except in accordance with the approved plans. Any alteration of extension of any existing plumbing system shall be subject to these same requirements.
