§ 32.01 OTHER ADVISORY BOARDS.
   (A)   Upon approval by a majority of the entire City Council, other advisory boards may be established to assist the Council in the efficient, safe and proper operation of the city if the establishment of such advisory boards is not specifically prohibited by statute, the courts or other higher authority. The establishment shall be by amendment to this section as provided by law and such amendment shall list the composition of the board, set meeting dates, define duties, regulate and define powers and list qualifications for membership.
   (B)   Such advisory boards may include, but are not limited to, an Industrial Development Commission, a Human Rights Commission and an Environmental Concerns Commission.
