For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE. Any substance listed in the five schedules of controlled substances in M.S. § 152.02, as it may be amended from time to time.
DRUG PARAPHERNALIA. All equipment, products and materials of any kind which are used, intended for use or designed for in manufacturing, injecting, ingesting, inhaling or otherwise introducing into the human body a controlled substance in violation of M.S. Ch. 152, as it may be amended from time to time.
POSSESSION. Having a controlled substance on one’s person or having constructive possession as the owner of a motor vehicle in which a controlled substance is found or as the driver of such a vehicle if the owner is not present.
