§ 132.16 VIOLATION; CONFISCATION.
   In addition to penalties prescribed for violation of this subchapter or Minnesota Statutes, the weapon of any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of this subchapter shall be confiscated if such weapon was in the immediate possession of the person at the time of the violation or used in such violation.
