§ 130.16 OBSTRUCTING, THREATENING AN OFFICER.
   (A)   No person shall, in any case or under any circumstances not otherwise provided for, willfully resist, delay or obstruct a city officer or police officer in discharging or attempting to discharge a duty of said officer’s office.

   (B)   No person shall directly or indirectly address any threat or intimidation to a city officer, police officer or an appraiser or assessor, or to any other person authorized by law to hear or determine any controversy or matter, with intent to induce said person, contrary to this person’s duty, to do, make, omit or delay any act, decision or determination.
