(A) It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 16 years of age to ride in or park in an automobile or vehicle of any kind or to loiter, idle, wander, stroll or play in or upon the public streets, highways, roads, alleys, parks, playgrounds or other public grounds, public places and public buildings, places of amusement and entertainment, vacant lots or other unsupervised places between the hours of 10:00 p.m. of any day and 5:00 a.m. of the following day.
(B) It shall be unlawful for the parents, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of a person under the age of 16 years of age to knowingly permit such minor to loiter, idle, wander, stroll or play in or upon the public streets, highways, roads, alleys, parks, playgrounds or other public grounds, public places and public buildings, places of amusement and entertainment, vacant lots or other unsupervised places during the hours set forth above.
(C) It shall be unlawful for the proprietor, operator or any other employee of any commercial establishment to knowingly permit any person under the age of 16 years of age to loiter, idle, wander or in any way remain in or about said establishment during the prohibited hours set forth above.
(D) However, the provisions of this section do not apply to a minor accompanied by his or her parent, guardian or other adult person haying the care and custody of the minor, or where the minor is upon an emergency errand or legitimate business directed by his or her parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor.
(E) Each violation of any provision of this section shall constitute a separate offense.
