§ 30.11 ELECTIONS AND TERMS OF COUNCIL MEMBERS.
   (A)   The regular city election shall be held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November in every even numbered year, beginning with the 2016 election.
   (B)   The Mayor shall be elected for a term of two years at each biannual election. Two Council members shall be elected in 2016 and two in 2018 for four-year terms at the appropriate biannual election.
