§ 111.53 WINE LICENSES.
Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and the requirements of the statute, the city may issue an on-sale wine license. The on-sale wine license must be issued to a facility with seating for at least 25 guests at one time. The on-sale wine license permits the sale of wine with up to 14% alcohol by volume for consumption with the sale of food. If the licensee’s gross receipts are least 60% attributable to the sale of food, the licensee, without a separate intoxicating liquor license, may sell intoxicating malt liquors at on-sale. (Per the state, sell wine seven days a week and beer seven days a week. The city can restrict sell of beer on Sundays due to city license.)
