§ 111.23 RESTRICTIONS ON PURCHASE AND CONSUMPTION.
   (A)   Minors shall not misrepresent their age for the purpose of obtaining 3.2% malt liquors.
   (B)   No person shall induce a minor to purchase, procure or consume 3.2% malt liquors.
   (C)   Minors shall not have 3.2% malt liquor in their possession with the intent to consume said beverage at a place other than the household of the minor’s parents or guardian.
   (D)   Persons other than the parent or guardian of a minor shall not procure beer for any minor.
   (E)   No person shall consume or display intoxicating liquor on the premises of a licensee who is not also licensed to sell intoxicating liquor.
   (F)   3.2% malt liquor or beer shall not be consumed on a public street or highway or any motor vehicle.
   (G)   No person shall consume any 3.2% malt liquor or beer on any public land or property in the city, except by special permit granted by the Council.
